July 2018: Vicky and Husein Mawji completed the 100 km "Race to the Stones" during a blistering heat wave. Despite being vererans of numerous long distance races, Husein descibed it as "... the hardest physical challenge Vicky and I have ever undertaken. Extraordinary heat, dehydration, blisters, chafing, injuries, overnight exposure - we both feel pretty broken, despite the smiles."
August 2022: The annual bric-a-brac fund-raising stall manned by Alan, Terry, Ade, Donna, Alison and many others.

September 2015: Kay Franklin (aged 72 at that time) completed the "Three Peak Challenge" (climbing the 3 highest mountains in each of England, Scotland and Wales over 3 days), despite horrendous rain and wind, a broken wrist, and being slowed down by her two sons and one of her daughters-in-law.

July 2018: Alan Brian and Kay Franklin walked 100 miles around parts of Somerset over the course of a single weekend.


October 2019: Kay Franklin did a freefall abseil from the top of Wells Cathedral.
